These terms govern your use of cobuyers.com.au and any engagement with CoBuyers ("I", "my"). By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
Services
CoBuyers provides buyer's agent services to property investors across Australia. The scope of services, fees, and deliverables for each engagement are set out in a separate Buyer's Agent Agreement signed prior to commencement.
Fees
A flat fee of $10,000 (excluding GST) applies to each property purchase. A retainer is payable upfront to commence the search. The balance is due upon successful exchange of contracts. Full fee details are confirmed in the Buyer's Agent Agreement.
No guarantee of outcome
While I work to the highest standard, I cannot guarantee a property purchase will be completed within a specific timeframe, at a specific price, or at all. Property markets are subject to conditions outside my control. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance.
